Akeem is an Autism Exercise Specialist and Inclusion and Disability Educator with multiple field-specific certifications who founded this social enterprise. His focus is to impact lives through evidence-based practices using physical activity and inclusive education as the main tools.

How It Works

A Clear, Outcome-Driven Journey

We keep the experience simple and focused: understand the participant, build the right plan, and deliver measurable progress with care and consistency.

Step 1

Assess

We start with a practical movement and needs assessment aligned to each participant’s goals, environment, and support system.

Step 2
